Name: Isiah Anderson

Isiah Anderson is the founder and managing officer of Three Cord Inc, an Education Management Organization, located in York, Pennsylvania. Currently, his company manages Challenge Academy, an alternative education middle and high school; Impact Academy, an elementary “at risk” private school; and New Hope Academy Charter School, a 6th to 12th grade rigorous academic, technology and data driven institution.


Mr. Anderson founded Urban Impact 459, a three-cord service organization for schools, agencies and communities. UI459 Education Services provides a plethora of cutting edge professional development seminars for teachers and administrators. UI459 Consulting Services assists to schools, organizations and individuals who wish to create a charter school or an alternative education facility within their communities. UI459 Community Partnerships is an outreach organization that partners with community leaders to develop and implement educational and social service projects. Committed to the successful Harlem Children’s Zone model, Anderson is currently involved with creating similar services for the York, PA community.


Born in Philadelphia, Anderson graduated from Scotland School for Veteran’s Children, Valley Forge Military Academy, and Shippensburg University, and served in the US Army as a second lieutenant. He is a founding member of Crispus Attucks YouthBuild Charter School and has developed other urban programs that are flourishing today. He was appointed by Governor Rendell to the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, Scotland School for Veteran’s Children.

Description: Assistant to the Managing Officer of Three Cord Inc, has a wealth of administrative talents in both for profit and non-profit organizations.  Her experience in a fast-paced business environment as a scheduling coordinator and meeting planner allow her to effectively organize and oversee a variety of tasks, projects and events.  As a graduate of city schools, Ms. Perez considers it a privilege to be in an educational environment where she can contribute to the advancement of urban youth.
