  • UI459 Education Services makes available a plethora of cutting edge professional development seminars for teachers and administrators. Based on the premise that “we are the beginning, not the end,” seminars provide quality informational, developmental, and practical sessions. Educators are encouraged to build upon their skills and return to their own schools more committed to meeting the ever challenging needs of the students they serve. 
• Consulting
  • UI459 Consulting Services assists schools, organizations and individuals with the development of charter or alternative education schools. We are available to detail the philosophy designed and utilized by Three Cord Inc. programs, and work extensively with others to replicate and expand upon our successful models. 
  • What It’s All About
    • Our trained team will guide you through the process of deciding to develop a charter school or an alternative education facility.  Through discussions and multimedia presentations, we will provide you with an overview of the laws, required applications, timelines, planning stages, and financial commitments.  Our focus is to arm you with the necessary information to assist you in making an educated decision.
  • From the Beginning to the End
    • Our team will meet with yours, discuss your vision and mission, and assess your development needs. Together, we will create a long range plan, detailing the step by step process from building to submitting a quality application. We will assist you with researching demographics, setting academic and non-academic goals and objectives, conducting a needs assessment, selecting a Board, developing a standards-based curriculum, writing relevant policies and procedures, understanding Special Education and ESL requirements, or any other aspect of the application process.

    • Once you’ve gotten your approval, the enormity of the tasks that lie ahead can be overwhelming. You ask yourself, “How can I accomplish all that I planned to do?” Hiring a staff; selecting and ordering books, supplies, and equipment; advertising; training a staff to “buy into” your mission; preparing your building…..the list seems endless.  We are available to provide you with the necessary tools to ease the burden of this process.
